Since RNS Workspace does not require individual registration, we do not collect personal registration data directly from you. However, we may collect and process the following types of information as part of your use of the app:

• Notification Data: Information processed through Google Firebase to deliver push notifications related to app updates, checklist reminders, or sales overview alerts.

The information collected through RNS Workspace is used solely for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the app’s functionality for completing daily checklists (including uploading images when required) and accessing sales overviews.
• To authenticate your access and ensure only authorized employees can use the app.
• To send push notifications via Google Firebase for work-related updates, such as checklist reminders or sales alerts.
• To monitor and improve the app’s performance, security, and user experience.
• To comply with internal company policies, legal obligations, or audit requirements.
• To facilitate communication and collaboration among employees as part of your job duties.

RNS Workspace is a private app, and we do not share your information with third parties outside of AL ARABIA CINEMA FOR PRODUCTION & DISTRIBUTION SAE, except in the following limited circumstances:

• With Service Providers: We use Google Firebase for push notifications and may engage other trusted third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting or IT support providers) to assist in operating the app, including storing checklist images.
